Ray is a well known figure in the industry, with over 30 years research experience in synthetic organic chemistry. Ray obtained his PhD in organofluorine chemistry with UMIST and has been named as the inventor on a number of patents.

Paul was most recently Technical Director at BioFocus (now BioFocus DPI, a Galalpagos company) where between 1997 and 2003, he was a founding scientist and Director of Chemistry.

Paul holds a degree in chemistry from New College, Oxford and achieved his D.Phil. at the University of Sussex in 1981. He has previously been Secretary to the UK Peptide and Protein Group and was one of the instigators of the BioMolecular Structure Unit at the University of Sussex.

In June 2009 Paul was appointed Technology Director at Peakdale.

She is currently responsible for the functions of Human Resources, Marketing, Customer Services and Operations (including IT and Stores) who provide ongoing support to the business. She continues to play an active role on the Board.

A Business Studies graduate she applied the administrative understanding gained in a large multinational organisation to Peakdale. This included formalising procedures, mapping admin processes and eventually specifying the requirements for computer software.

Christine spent 15 years working in the chemical distribution industry with Ellis & Everard plc (now Univar) as the UK Training Manager within the HR function.

Previously joining Peakdale as a consultant in May 2002, Gary was appointed as Financial Director in August 2002.

Gary's experience includes the flotation of both Eadie Holding plc and Reflec plc and six years with ICI where he held the positions of Deputy Head of Management Accounting.
