Peakdale Molecular - Screening and GPCR Library
The pressures on drug discovery are increasing the demand for novel drug-like molecules for use in early screening. Numerous collections of screening compounds are now commercially available for drug discovery but many are incomplete due to a lack of particular structural features.
Peakdale has developed a screening compound collection over the last ten years to provide novel molecules for initial biological screening. Based on elaboration around our own building block collection and using Lipinskis guidelines for drug-like properties, we have over 8000 non-exclusive screening compounds readily available from stock.
The focus on novelty means that Peakdales library will enrich any corporate compound collection and allow the exploration of previously unreachable chemical space.
Development
The Company's parallel synthesis labs support the further development of our collection. Moreover, our scientists are also available for exclusive contracts in the areas of hit discovery, hit-to-lead development and lead optimisation. By applying our medicinal chemistry expertise and adding drug-like features early on, Peakdale adds significant value to customers' drug discovery and lead optimisation programmes.
Supply
We can supply compounds either in vials or plates (96 or 384 wells) as dry films
or DMSO solutions. This flexible approach allows us to meet even the most exacting customer requirements.
