Mike McGoun

Chairman

Mike was appointed Chairman in February 2002, having previously joined the Company in November 2001 in a consultancy role.

Mike brings with him a wealth of experience, in particular within corporate merger and acquisition activity, and sits on the Board of four other companies.

Mike is also a Non Executive Director of LSE listed company, the Tikit Group Plc a leading provider of software solutions to Law firms in the UK. Mike originally trained with IBM and has an MBA and a degree in electronic engineering.
