Through our collaboration with De Novo Pharmaceuticals, Peakdale can offer unique chemotypes to explore G-Protein Coupled Receptors and other receptors/drug targets with pharmaceutical relevance. By applying De Novo’s propriety in silico design algorithms with ligand and site information, we can synthesis novel, lead-like molecules for rapid hit discovery. Elaboration of these hits improves the SAR (Structural Activity Relationship) and repeated design-make test cycles that rapidly delivers promising lead candidates for full lead optimisation either by our customers or ourselves.
