Intermediates Catalogue

The creation of novel building blocks is critical to maintaining diversity and novelty in drug discovery programmes. Peakdale has built in-house expertise, by pioneering novel and challenging chemistries, to produce a catalogue of over 550 non-exclusive intermediates that can be ordered directly from stock to support pharmaceutical and related research.

The catalogue provides access to a wide variety of practical building blocks, the majority of which are exclusive to Peakdale. The success of these intermediates is reflected in the achievements of customers in the design and synthesis of novel compounds, many of which are in various stages of drug our customers' discovery and development pipelines.

Capitalising on the Company's core strengths in aromatic and heterocyclic chemistry, the catalogue is rich in novel monomers and scaffolds, often with unusual substitution patterns.

The compounds are supplied in research quantities from stock, while the kilo lab facility allows Peakdale to offer many of these intermediates in 100g-1kg lots with lead times of only 4-6 weeks.

In addition to its in-house developments, and in order to support customers' needs, Peakdale has undertaken strategic collaborations to strengthen and support the growth of the catalogue. A number of compounds have been effectively scaled up with large-scale manufacturers to provide customers with hundreds of kilograms of product. This allows Peakdale to maintain links with customers throughout development.
