Peakdale Symposium 2012 - Poster Information
Please find information below that will help you to submit a poster for our symposium:
- An abstract of the poster should be submitted as a 1 page A4 Microsoft word document preferably by 1st April 2012 (after this date submissions may not be included)
- The presenting author and any co-authors should be included below the title along with any affiliations
- The submitter of the poster must be a delegate for the symposium
- The author is expected to be available by the poster during coffee/tea breaks to answer questions on / discuss the work with delegates
- We intend to produce a book (electronic version) of submitted abstracts/posters (if permission granted) which will be distributed to attendees and/or published on our website
- Poster size will be no greater than A0 preferably in portrait layout.
- An award will be given for the best poster as deemed by the organising committee
- Please include your full address and contact details
